Shelford & Stapleford Strikers (SASS) FC are one of, if not the, largest “kids” club in Cambs FA.
With over 300 kids registered, SASS runs 20 teams from U7 to U18, as well as U6 Mini Striker training sessions. Players get to play in league and friendly matches all over South Cambs. All coaches are qualified to FA Level 1 in football coaching, hold FA first aid and children’s safe guarding certificates and carry and in-date DBS check. And if that’s not enough, SASS are one of the cheapest clubs for your child to play!

Angelica Fachechi is a professional and highly motivated LTA Accredited + Level 3 Tennis Coach. She started playing tennis from a young age and has always loved the game. She competed as a junior and captained the BUCS women’s first team at university.
As a coach Angelica finds it extremely rewarding to help and inspire others to improve and achieve their full potential throughout their tennis journey. She specialises in junior development coaching by creating a fun, positive and active learning environment for players to grow. She strongly believe that competition at all ages is vital for player development. She is also passionate about running adults tennis whether it’s cardio tennis, privates or group sessions.

South Cambridge Striders are a friendly, welcoming running club with an emphasis on social, chatty running. We have a range of runs with from a beginners’ 5k to longer training runs for the Cambridge half marathon. We also hold a weekly speed session for runners that want to take their running to the next level.
We are also passionate about introducing people to the joys of running, so we also run regular couch to 5k programmes. Graduates of our programme can then continue their achievements by joining our beginners’ 5k group.
We are an England Athletics affiliated running and our membership is £20 a year. However, we want our club to be right for you, so you can come along and try out three of our sessions before deciding to join. We look forward to running with you!
